Fees
North Dandenong Clinic is a mixed billing clinic.
From 1st December 2023 we can offer Bulk-Billed consultations for all pensioners, Health Care Card holders, and children (15 years and younger) with a valid Medicare Card in line with recent changes to Medicare rebates. Please note that Bulk-Billing only applies during the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. (*not including procedures)
Extra costs may be associated with procedures/ travel consultations and vaccinations.
Pre-employment medical, periodic medical examination and Vic roads related medical fees vary and can be advised by our reception team. These services are not Medicare rebatable.

These private fees apply to face-to-face, phone and video consultations.

Non Attendance Fee
We acknowledge that unexpected life events may interfere with your ability to attend your appointment. However please note that we require a minimum of 1 hour’s notice in order to cancel an appointment. If you’re running late, please phone ahead to inform reception.
Insufficient notice, or non-attendance, will incur a non-attendance fee of $20.
By providing notice, you are allowing another patient to receive the quality care that they need from our busy clinic.
