Patient Information
Appointments
Please call for an appointment as those with an appointment will always be seen before those without (except for emergencies). If you are unable to keep an appointment, please ring us as soon as possible as we will be able to offer that appointment slot to someone else. We do accept walk-in appointments. However, please be aware that we might not be able to fit you in on a particularly busy day, you may not be able to see the doctor of your choice, or there may be an extended wait.
Parking and access
Off-street parking is available at the clinic and at 1399 Heatherton Road (2-doors down). Disabled parking and wheel-chair access is provided.
Fees
We are a mixed billing clinic. Please view our fees page for current fee information.
