Growing up in Melbourne, Ash Gupta was drawn to audiology for its unique combination of patient care and the fascinating, ever-evolving technology of hearing aids. Since completing his Master of Clinical Audiology at the University of Melbourne in 2000, Ash has helped thousands of people improve their hearing—and their quality of life.
With over two decades of experience, Ash has worked as a clinical trainer and mentor, contributed to the optimisation of clinical protocols and best practices, and has been actively involved in the testing and evaluation of hearing devices.
Ash believes that there is no one-size-fits-all solution in audiology.
“There is no single ‘best’ hearing aid. We have access to over 300 models. One-size-fits-all audiology is inherently compromised and, in my opinion, boring.”
Ash is married with three children and enjoys golf, supporting the Hawthorn Football Club, and indulging his passion for all things automotive.
